Aerators replaced on several faucets. Shower arm replaced in master bath and new shower head installed. Shower/tub combo plumbing repaired. New faucet installed in kitchen. "Our central A/C stopped working in the middle of a heat wave.  I called around to several local HVAC companies and Christian was the only one to say they could come out within a day.  When I called I was not sure if the system could be fixed, or if it needed to be replaced completely - the system was installed in the house in 1976.  The repairman was prompt and professional, explaining everything he planned to do.  Fortunately he was able to get the system up and running again.  He did suggest replacing the system as an option and connected me with the sales department, but there was absolutely no pressure.  I appreciate their honesty - it would have been very easy to say that the system was beyond repair.  The system will eventually need to be replaced, and I will call Christian first when that time comes.

"A few weeks ago our gas hot water heater died. We had never used Valdel Plumbing before but were extremely impressed with the entire experience. Their specialist, Steve Ault was awesome and very knowledgeable. He quickly got to work dismantling the old unit. He even had a new heater and all the parts on his truck so there wasn't even a delay in waiting for parts or a new heater to be delivered. He also installed a drip pan, a pressure regulator and re-routed some of the exhaust piping for better venting. The price they charged seemed to be in line with the work performed.
