He was able to determine the problem quickly (clogged line) and was able to fix it in short order by using a compressor attached to the hose. "I have used Joseph on multiple occasions for pool repairs over the last two years. He is responsive, honest, and reasonably priced. When my pool equipment all froze during the winter storm he was able to replace/fix all the equipment in a timely manner and got my pool back up and running quickly. He is always happy to provide me with advice as well on repairs which I really appreciate and one of the reasons why I keep using Joseph. I truly recommend!"

"Normally replacing the rubber ring around the Filter will correct the issue. But Mark pointed out that I had divots and gaps in the bottom of the filter plastic, that might be causing the consistent leak. After taking the filter apart, over and over again, he was finally able to get it so that the filter was no longer leaking consistently. His patience and time are much appreciated. He also gave me a recommendation to replace the old filter and he would provide me the estimate of what that will cost. Overall, did a good job of helping get the leak stopped, so that I could run the pump. Would recommend again.

"Everything met my expectations and more he turned my dated backyard into an oasis that people love to come and party…. There was not one part of the backyard. He did not touch concrete work. Re-plastered the entire pool built a swim up bar retaining walls new waterfall, new everything new equipment couldn’t be happier. Would be happy to show my backyard off to any potential customers that want to see what amazing work in Dallas can be."
