"Osden s was the 3rd plumber I called to assess a leaking hot water heater. The other 2 never returned my calls. Connor at Osden s called me back within 15 minutes, and after telling him about the issue and sending video evidence, it was determined that the hot water heater could not be repaired and had to be replaced. Connor came to my house at 7:30am the next morning, with a new hot water heater, and had it installed and working in about an hour. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, even gave me some ideas about other upgrades I m interested in doing!"

"He returned my call first thing the next morning and he was here by 200pm. I had him install an outside faucet on the back of the house. He needed to add new piping in the basementin order to support that. It took him about an hour. Very friendly, very professional and he did a great job."

"Everything went great, there were a couple changes that had to be made as the job progressed, we found out the old toilet had been leaking pretty badly, and there was a bunch of rotting floor boards. Other than that they completed the job within our time frame, cleaned the house up at the end of each day very well, and really treated our home like it was theirs. Everything was sealed up with plastic barriers so we wouldn't get dust throughout the house, I was very pleased about that. We plan to have them back in the next year or two for the kitchen.
