"Very impressed with this company's work. We needed the first system installed rather quickly, after one day of estimates, etc. It was installed! They were professional, knowledgeable, personal and cleaned up the areas. We liked the whole process so well that we decided to have a 2nd one installed, same professional serv"

"Gerry was very helpful and he made calls to me to let me know exactly what was going on with the install of our gas lines and the status of the installer. (we had a couple gas lines run from the outside gas bib to the barbecue and to the soon-to-be firepit) Installers Dakota and Colton were super nice guys and did a great job of trenching in the steamy hot humid weather and then installing the runs. I appreciate everyone at Penguin that I came into contact with."

"Doug and his team are awesome. When we were selling our home in 2018 we wanted to take our Nest with us to the new house. My husband swapped the thermostat and ended up frying something in the AC. Doug was our hero that day, we had the inspector at the house and they found the unit was not working. Doug was able to come out same day to make the repair and get the AC back in working order. We also had a new unit installed on our new home. It was an easy process and communication was spot on. Thank you!"

"The installation was smooth, no glitches. Great family-owned company with personalized service, prompt responses, and reasonably priced products and services. John did a great job of replying promptly to my texts, emails and phone calls. They arrived early for the install, prepared and ready to get the job done. I highly recommend this company."

"I received a quote from the General Manager on Thursday, made the decision on Friday and the system was installed on Monday. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable and the installers were very efficient installing the new system in about 5 hours. The installers set the old system with all the packaging on the curb and a recycling company picked it up while the installers were finishing. The installers made sure the thermostats, Nest, were set properly and that I knew their recommendations. The installers also made sure I understood about follow up inspections and the importance of filter changing. Overall, this was the best home repair experience I have had in Phoenix."

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"The technician found the source of the issue quickly, was able to get the unit running and a future plan for our homes need were discussed. We got some good pointers and were very satisfied with our experience with Angel Air!"

"Everything went well.  The technician was honest about what needed to be done, and the work was done as specified."

"Excellent work and explained the whole process to me.

"We had a terrific experience with Marshall Insulation.  They provided us with a quote for the service, and even when they discovered that the old insulation was not exaclty what they had expected and would take them longer than anticipated to remove, they stuck by their quote.  They allowed us to separate the removal of our old insulation and their installation of the new insulation by a week so that we could have all of the wiring in the attic inspected before the new insulation was added.  When we experienced a potential problem (an issue with the alarm system) that we thought they might have caused, they agreed to pay for any necessary repairs.  The problem was not caused by their work.  They did not complain about having to work within the confines of an old house (built in 1936) and the issues that brings.  All in all, I would not hesitate recommending them to others, and in fact have already done so.
