"We contacted Matthew Roberts, Inc. to provide a quote on replacing the heat pump at our home. They had been referred to us by friends who recently had a new system installed by them. Luke was very flexible with scheduling the initial visit and was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He wasn't a typical Salesman. I could tell after only a few questions that he was someone who knew how to install these systems. We ended up selecting Matthew Roberts, Inc to perform the installation based upon our evaluation of all competitive bids. Our final decision was influenced by a number of factors, including their competitive position, positive referral, the ability to start within 2 days, and our impression of their company based on the first meeting with Luke. Cory and Garrett showed up on time the first day to install our first unit downstairs. They worked nonstop that day and we were back to cool by dinner time. They were professional, meticulous, and left our space clean and tidy. Cory and Tim showed up on time the second day to install our second unit upstairs. Once again, we were back up and running by dinner time. Our space was undisturbed and all evidence of the construction project removed. Good crews. Behind the scenes, Eileen worked with my wife on scheduling and ordering. She was on top of everything and even came to our house to have us sign the paperwork the day before the work started. After the dust settled and we had time to let the systems settle in, Luke followed up and came out to take care of some loose ends and check everything out. Mr. Roberts even made an appearance to thank us for the business. You're welcome, you and your team earned it. "Ken called before he came and got here on time. He was alone as he said his helper was not to be there today. He worked hard. Explained everything about my AC unit inside, air ducts and advised of things I could make it better and also what things my regular service checks should look for. He opened and cleaned the entire ac unit of ducts, sucked out, did each register, cleaned those outside and sucked and cleaned out with a roto brush while sucking. Put all back together. Little mess. I just swept floors and vacuumed a bit. His units to decrease mold installed are so much cheaper than any others! This guy is great and busy. Only Takes checks or cash, but only $199.00 for unlimited ducts /one unit. He works hard and alone took 3 hours! Good work. Sanitize also! House is clean! Thank you ! Telling my Neighbors!"

"5+ STAR SERVICE!!! Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat. They walked us through the most energy efficient option for our home. They came out early today and installed the new unit! Talk about SERVICE! WOW! The unit was installed in under 4 hours and my house began cooling instantly. WHAT a difference this unit makes and we are super impressed with how quite it is. We are THRILLED! "Would give 6 stars if I could! Tim was very helpful in finding an AC unit that would work best for my apartment while saving me money, which I greatly appreciate. Tim did not try to sell me a more expensive unit and was straightforward when I asked him about different sizes and efficiency ratings, helping me get the best deal while also having an AC unit that runs perfectly. As a full time college student, having to replace my AC is a huge financial burden, and Tim’s prices and service far exceeded that of bigger companies in the area who I also called for a quote, i.e. ARS & Frank Gay. Tim & AJ explained everything being done in a way that made sense, and worked around my complicated schedule. They also took extra time and effort to figure out a way to install the compressor on the roof of my building without having to rent a crane, which saved me a considerable amount of money for this job. The new unit works even better than the last one ever did, and the job was completed quickly. "One of the machines is called an air handler. I don't know if that's the one that is outside or inside. We have the big fan that moves the air placed outside and there are 2 big pieces. I found Prestige in our phone book and I just got lucky. Our air-conditioner broke down on a Friday afternoon and even though it was November, it was quite warm here in South Florida. The gentleman came later in the afternoon around 5 o'clock. He measured everything, checked out the old air-conditioner and told us that the motor had burnt out. We wondered what the smoky smell was. He replaced both the outside and the inside pieces. They came out even though it was at the end of their day to see if they could fix it to make it last through the weekend. Of course they couldn't with the motor being burnt up. They measured everything square footage to the house and let us know what was available that they had that they could bring out the next Monday. They gave us the Florida break. It was like a rebate, the max p&l, for putting in a new A/C. He made sure we had the paperwork for that and gave it to us right on the billing. A crew of people came the next Monday and took all the old stuff out and put in the new stuff. They completed the work in 2 hours and we had A/C."

"We needed to have our A/C repaired in order to sell our house. We had called Frank Gay the day before and they wanted to replace the coils and made it seem like there was NO way we could just clean it and fix the problem. They wanted $2800 to fix it. So i called Advanced and they came out and fixed the issue without a super costly replacement. Also when there was another unseen issue that came up after he left, the technician (Ted) came back and fixed it for free. I highly recommend using Advanced Air and especially Ted, he was great to work with and very nice."
