"Tito arrived early. Was kind and professional. He immediately got to work and wanted to try to see if he could fix the broken fan first, but when he could not, he got the old one out and new one installed in no time. Arrival to departure was an hour and twenty minutes. He was knowledgeable on how to do the replacement and was a trooper taking care of the replacement in the hot attic. We purchased the fan for the project and Tito was so helpful in advance helping us figure out how to measure the old unit so we could buy the correct replacement. "Saturday morning 7:30 2/8/2020... I woke up with no heat on the second floor of my house - Zero response from the thermostats. The first floor running perfect. After my initial review in the attic I came to the conclusion that I could not fix it - nor did I have any clue how. I called Wayne through a quick Google search - he picked up on the phone on a Saturday. I explained the problem - told him what was happening, described the blinking light on the panel - and he said he would call me right back. He did. I crawled back up into the attic and we faced timed to try and get the issue fixed, he took me through the fix WITHOUT EVEN COMING OUT!!! He walked me through the simple fix knowing what the issue was. What HVAC company does that? He was polite, responsive, professional and very knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone's next service or emergency. Wayne did not ask for payment - But I plan on sending him a check today out of courtesy. I have since hired him to perform preventative maintenance check on both systems. A+++"

"Malone's service combines friendly personnel with plumbing expertise and fair pricing. Our heating unit was not working, though our furnace was firing, so I wasn't sure what was wrong (I know nothing about these units). Malone arrived first thing in morning following a call the previous afternoon and got us up and running in no time. "A true family business who clearly take care of their customers.  Worked along a sheetrocked wall without taking it down - something others would not do.  Left one more cleanout than quoted, and did have to modify their original plan to accomodate a thick slab under the boiler and water heater.  Was more work for them but kept to the original estimate.   Left the area cleaner than when they came.  Pleasure to work with.  <br />"
