We then researched online and found Steve's oil burner service's, who were highly recommend. We called them and Steve came to see us the very next day. On inspection of the oil burner Steve recommend us to replace it with a new one.The existing was over 30 years old and had seen its days.Steve was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the oil burner with a new efficient one. The job was well handled and they also made sure to clean up after completing the work. We will definitely be using their services again."

"Expensive, but came when it was an emergency. Checked most of the boiler (not the hot water coil). Gave a complete price for all their recommendations. I agreed to ALL of their recommendations. Paid in full. But have not done the service part and even changed the appointment to do this service from November 11 to December 6. Seems if they came all the way here and spent 4 hours to evaluate, and fix at their suggestions, it would be time efficient to stay one more hour to finish what was paid for."

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. "I've known Bob Walter, our plumber ever since we bought our summer home in the Pocono mountains, PA, 15 years ago.  We keep using him, because he has always been reliable and efficiently corrects whatever problem we have. Normally, we ask him to help when we close up our Pocono home at the end of December and he evacuates the water from all pipes so we can turn off the heat without experiencing water freezing problems (This past year, neighbors tell us the temperature stayed in single digits for almost two weeks straight)  In the summer, when we escape Florida's heat, he comes over to reconnect the fittings and makes sure everything works right.
