"I was remodeling our master bath and had a hard time finding the perfect drawer configuration and color for a vanity. I saw a review of Rick’s Custom Cabinetry on Facebook and contacted Rick. I had a picture of a Restoration Hardware vanity that I loved and they were able to provide a quote over the phone. After putting down the initial deposit, both Larry and Rick came to meet with me and go over specific details, drawer samples, dimensions, and the even worked with my contractor and plumber to a sure that the pipes would be able to fit with the specific drawer layout, which saved a lot of headaches down the road and shows how detail oriented they are. The vanity was finished right on time and it couldn’t be more beautiful. The drawers/doors all have soft close hinges which worked perfectly. It was a breeze to install, and the quality is far beyond anything that I could’ve found a big box store or online. I’d also like to throw in there that Larry and Rick are two of the nicest professionals and I enjoyed working with them so much."

I was dealing with a family emergency, so she took care of the research that I had planned to do regarding hampers that would fit in the space without my asking. "I had a remodel done by them 5 years ago. The remodel went well but I remember how long it took for the to finish and I had people moving in. Fast forward 5 years, the remodel included plumbing with started leaking under the garage. I talked to Mike once and he said he would call me back, which he never did. Placed numerous follow up calls to his office with the same results. I told him that I would pay for the work but he didn't call back. Paid for the $3000 repairs to another plumber who corrected the bad plumbing his crew put it 5 years ago. They fixed the problem in about 2 days. So, I will never use him again."
