"The gentleman called when he was about 15 minutes away. He cleaned the carpet and removed all stains. My kids blocked the bathroom sink why running water which drained into the hallway carpet. The gentleman did a great job in sucking all that water. After finishing cleaning he helped fix my vacuum cleaner which I was about to discard because it was not functioning properly. Very good family owned company. I will always use them until they choose to retire."

"They did a real good job, they deep cleaned all the rooms and they treated all of the stains on the carpet. The carpet looked real nice once they were done. I had a good experience with them. They were kind of expensive though. He was very polite and cleaned a lot of carpet in a decent amount of time."

The old vinyl was at least 17 years old and took some time to remove properly, but the crew worked with smiles and cheerful attitudes. The new tile install went well -- attention to detail around corners and under appliances, baseboards, and the cleanup was much more than we would have expected. 2 days of their time and our kitchen truly looks new -- maybe even cleaner than when they started !! "We had a small job but I was very pleased with the service outcome as I had an overall pleasant experience from initial contact to completion of the install. Solid Stone Fabricators rep contacted me in a timely fashion reqarding my emailed inquiry via Angie's List where I included a picture of cabinet needing counter and provided measurements and they were able to give me an estimate via phone and email based on the info I provided which I appreciated instead of wasting my time to come out first.
Gerardo who was my contact person was very easy to work with and very responsive to follow-up questions before the install. There was an error that was made by the guys during the install but Gerardo ensured that it was rectified and in a timely fashion as well, pain free which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and will use them in the future.

"I was very pleased.  Fernando spent quite a bit of time explaining the process they use and how it differed from other more traditional steam cleaning processes.  He and his colleague were in my home all day (9:30-4:00), and when they left, you would have not known they had been there except the carpet was much cleaner and was fluffed, and the tile and grout was much lighter/cleaner and brighter.  I worked in my home office all day and they never bothered me until they had to clean the floor.  They worked hard and knew what to do.  Very professional.
