Don't rush him to pour concrete when it's too wet, too hot or raining. He wants to do a good job and if you let him you won't be disappointed. Once your concrete is done follow his instructions to the letter and you will wind up with a great result. My wife and I couldn't have been happier with Tony and his team. "They first gave a fairly detailed quote, then in about a month came back to do the work.  They use a pier system and do all the excavation by hand so it does not tear up the yard.  Takes a little longer but in the end i was very good work.  Had to add on a lot of pipe, that should have been noted on the contract and agreed to before it was done, but in the end they only charged for the actual pipe used to pier to foundation.  Very good at clean up.  Recommend them highly if you want a fair and honest job.

"I initially signed on to work with Derrick and the EGW folks through an Angie's List coupon that included 2 hours of concrete work or repair for $99.  When Derrick inspected the driveway section in question, he recommended a 5-step process that would give a longer life than a basic epoxy repair.  However, when they arrived on site the day of the job itself, in preparing the concrete for this 5-step process it was determined that there were too many hollow areas below the concrete pad and that a 2-part epoxy would be a more cost-effective approach considering the need for additional work not too far down the road.  They knocked that project out in a couple hours and Derrick said the $99 was good enough for that job.
Derrick and EGW measured the driveway section that should be replaced and will be providing an estimate for the job.  If their estimate is competitive and the time is right, I will not hesitate to use them again.
