"We needed privacy film installed on side lights and transom around our front door. We were looking for a more cost effective alternative than replacing glass. Bob responded quickly and suggested the perfect film for privacy, light transmission and appearance. Mike did an excellent job on the installation. On the appointment day, he called to say he was running ahead of schedule and if it was okay to arrive early. It actually worked out better for me. He worked professionally and answered my questions along the way. The film was perfectly cut for the 15 pieces of glass that made up the lights and transom. It was done so well that it looks like textured glass. We are extremely satisfied especially since it’s the entrance to our home."

"Friendly replied to my inquiry within hours of posting. Estimator came out the next day. Quote was very reasonable. We have 18' cathedral walls/ceilings/crown molding which I thought was going to require scaffolding. Friendly's team of 10 painters showed up and like an army, proceeded to move furniture, take down artwork, remove curtains, tape cover and prep the entire first floor. Within an hour every room on the main level was being painted. We were amazed.
Next they worked with specialty poles and techniques to repair significant water damage issues in the drywall and paint 18 feet in the air. Truly outstanding. They completely transformed our staircase from a builders grade, blah, oak stained bore to a sanded, primed and painted dramatic black on white showcase piece. Oh, and then we added an additional bedroom for painting at the end of the job. No problem, just a fair quote and the room was done in short order. 
The crew chief, Ricardo, was extremely attentive. Our concerns regarding quality and care of our furnishings were unfounded. These guys are true professionals and we received a masterful craftsman paint job. The house looks terrific.
