"It couldn't have gone better! I called them Thursday night and Rick and his son, Wyatt, came out early the next morning. I know nothing about a septic system, but Rick was so helpful, understanding and HONEST!! I have had this problem for the past 5 days, but seemed to clear up after I had called another well-known company because my toilet was backed up. All they did was run a "snake" through the pipes and charged me TWICE as much as Rick Aits did and Rick did WAY more than the other company. It might not mean much, but the little things matter! When Rick and Wyatt dug up my yard to get to the tank, he saved the sod to put back as best as he could instead of just tearing up my yard. I really appreciate that. "I originally called another septic company to do my five year pump out of the septic tank. This was our first time having this done because we didn't own the home the last time the septic was pumped. The other company was so incompetent and couldn't find the hole to pump out the septic tank after looking for about 15 minutes. They told me they would need to git a backhoe to come out a dig. I assured him that I remember the selling real estate agent telling me that the previous company that did the work didn't have to go through all that hassle. "They were remarkable. First, they excavated the minimum needed to repair our drain and install the CIPP liner. They saved our front cement and brick staircase (directly over the main house sewer line). They only removed one section of the sidewalk that was over the main house sewer line. When done, they filled and compacted the dirt, covered the lawn with straw (i.e., ready for me to add seed and to avoid erosion) and replaced the damaged sidewalk section. The workers were polite and respectful of both us and our property. There was truly minimal disruption to the household. We could not flush toilets or run water down the drains for about 3 hours each day they worked on the line. We contracted for repair of the pipe that was on our property. They completed this work in two days. We then added re-lining the pipe under the road to the county connection. The team added people for and worked late on the second day. Job done on day 3. The job took 3 days (as promised)."

"We bought the whole water system from these guys. The issue has been the water supply because it is a well and it is low pH and acidic. The corrosion was constantly eating through the part of the system where it neutralizes the pH. So everything after the neutralizer was okay because the pH had been neutralized. Prior to that, it was subjected to being corrosive so I was pushing for years, because they were putting sub standard parts in and we were getting mini floods, to put stainless steel in there. It cost a little extra, but this time they came in and put some stainless steel or whatever he could find, because it was less likely to corrode. Even though it is a challenging system, we did spend a lot of money six years ago on this water system, the pump, the units, then on top of that, we have already been through two water heaters because of the corrosiveness. I can't hold all of it against them, but the part where it's getting corroded, they did come out and fix it. We know what the problem is, but they need to find something creative to fix it before there's another flood."
