 My HVAC was not working when I turned it on for the Spring. They came out within 1 day and diagnosed the problem and repaired it.

The most important aspect was that the HVAC was old (1990) and they gave me a number of options from fixing a component, replacing a component to replacing the Unit, which is long overdue. I selected replacing the component ( new parts warranty) but asked for a quote to replace the Unit. I got the quote within a week and compared to other contractors and it was considerably less than some and lower than most all. So, I will get them to replace the unit in the Fall, if it lasts that long. I had Dwyer replace my Gas hot h20 furnace about 5 years ago and my gas hot h20 heater about 1 year ago and  it was a similar experience.  They are very professional. prompt, clean and friendly.  They stand behind their work.;  I also like that they have an annual inspection and an annual discount on all work.  I recommend them MOST highly!! Getting a job done well and then no worries is important to me.

"Jimmy Gusky HVAC is truly as good as it gets. One of our AC units went down and through the warranty company found our way to Jimmy Gusky himself. Although out of their territory, Jimmy was willing to make the extra trip to diagnose the problem. He was very responsive to get our initial service call scheduled and determined the unit needed to be replaced, and we all know these units usually decide to break down only when pushed to the limit in the hottest summer months and we need AC the most. He did the legwork to get the warranty company to honor the recommendation and as you can see from the attached photo put in a much more substantial unit that is doing a fabulous job cooling the home. Add to that he actually had the unit and scheduled the install even before the warranty company approved the swap out. I that isn't one of the greatest examples of outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to exceed expectations, I don't know what is. Big thanks to Jimmy and team for their commitment to excellence!"

Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

"This place is super expensive the tech doesn't seem to know everything about AC repair, he keeps blaming others and keeps insisting that I need to replace the unit. It took him all day to figure out the wiring he messed up himself installing a new circuit board. He also kept saying that he is late for his next job. Not a place I would recommend"
