"These guys are fanatic. We were having a renovation done. Our contractor discovered we were getting water in by our old French doors. Due to the unplanned replacement, we needed a door on very short notice. We didn't want an out of the box from a home improvement store, so we saw Royal Windows and doors. Danny was able to accommodate the timing which wasn't easy (the doors are built to order) and expedited installation. Within two weeks, our new 12 ft. Sliding door was installed. The door is great quality and it looks absolutely stunning. Royal really came through for us. 10/10 will use them for any doors we need in the future."

"Better than I ever expected. Although I signed up for the offer in April, health issues forced me to postpone till late June and Elves was very patient with me. I had assumed that a crew of cleaners would be coming so was surprised when just this young man showed up alone but quickly saw that he was very efficient and knowledgeable about what he was doing. All 24 windows and screens were cleaned in 3 1/2 hours and he took the time to point out a few issues with some of the windows that could use repair. Although I was hesitant to give a stranger access to all my rooms, that dissipated with his professional attitude and ability to handle all tasks quickly and competently. My windows shine! I am delighted with this job and will call him back when we have the house power washed so he can clean the outside of the windows and keep them sparkling."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"We had an old deck that needed to be replaced.  When the old deck came down we had to do some grading of the soil.  Jim worked with us to schedule himself and the tractor work to make this happen.  The new deck exceeds our expectations.  Jim has great attention to detail and made sure that every part of the deck looked correct and pleasing to the eye.  We added string lights and outdoor lights to the project and he was happy to add that as well.  It is very hard to find people who are excited about your project and take ownership of it.  We found that in Jim and his team!  We are SUPER happy and would reccommend Jim to anyone.

They are Tim and Charleen are Very professional and were neat and efficient. They responded to my work request quickly and I was able to schedule the job within 2 weeks. "David is a very nice, respectfull young man. I just believe that he lacks experience specifically with this type of work. He has removed the old subfloor comprising of old flooring planks with just a minor hick up where hot water line was nicked by sawzall. David quickly took action and repaired the pipe.
He has leveled the floor well, unfurtunately only in one direction, so the resulting subfloor had a large dips and ups, that can not be present for the hardwood flooring installation. Upon a feedback David has attempted to correct it 2x. It is just not the quality install of a subfloor that I would expect for the hard wood flooring. Sheets do not match up with edges (some are higher) seams do not have required 1/8 spacing for expension. Plywood does not come fully under the sheet rock so there are gaps between the subfloor and the walls and the subfloor squeaks and moves in some places.

"I took advantage of the "Big Deals" and hired Rogers Construction through Angie's List for a complete bathroom reno.
Roger was punctual at beginning of the project. His team Luis and Antonio quickly completed the demo and removed the rubbish and Luis was careful with detail when he installed the tile work. Roger suggested design ideas and worked with me with payment questions.
The completed reno work dragged on longer than expected due to other projects Roger was working on, but it wasn't too bad.
There was some confusion about when and how the service provider gets reimbursed from Angie's List (Big Deals) for the down payment that is due to them for a project. Roger had no knowledge that the down payment paid to Angies List was supposed to eventually go to him and because of this he expected the expense to come from me when the final payment was made. Attempting to help him better understand, I explained the process to him and encouraged him to contact his rep for details. As I read other reviews after my bathroom was completed I saw that other customers continued to have similar problems. Angie's List needs to be more clear to their service providers about the details involving the "Big Deals".  Maybe this is why he was placed in the "penalty box".
The final cost was more than what the "Big Deal" was offering because the project required additional labor at my request.
Overall, I was happy with the finished work. The labor, attention to detail and the overall design of the room was impressive. My new bathroom was exactly how I envisioned it to be. I would recommend him.
