Due to the unplanned replacement, we needed a door on very short notice. We didn't want an out of the box from a home improvement store, so we saw Royal Windows and doors. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. "He was good but, following instructions, he wasn't so good. He didn't complete all the tasks that I wanted done. I felt like he was only going to do one thing because, I wasn't wanting to pay him more. I knew what needed to be done but, not how it needed to be done. I specifically asked him if he knew how to put the screens in those screens, they were kits. His intention was to do one job. You cut screen, put the rubber in, put the frame together and then stretch it. It's not hard. I just wanted him to put two screens together and put them in two windows. I have no screens. He didn't have a measuring tape. He knows his craft, just finds a way to get out of it. He was early and on time. I thought the price was reasonable and he had it done in an hour. I had everything that he needed. He knows his stuff. I don't care how you do it, just do it."
