"Nick our installer arrived on time and was very friendly and courteous. He worked fast and carted off the dead water heater and installed the new one. He showed us how to start the pilot light in case we needed to do it in the future. He made sure to take all the trash with him. I had called the day before to get an estimate and they were able to schedule us in right away. This company had the better price and warranty from the others I asked for prices. Abbey from the office was also very friendly and quick to send me a written estimate. There were no hidden fees and I paid exactly what they said it would be. Mr. C's scheduled with me the first time I called.  Dave showed up early.   I didn't get the phone voice message telling me he was running early, so he waited in his car out front.  For me that in itself is unusual as these professionals are running on a tight schedule. Dave was super professional, quick, and so nice to me and my dogs.  I have had bad luck recently with hiring companies for service, home vent cleaners and roof installation.  Have used Groupon and lost money when companies just don't show up, reschedule many times and/or send rude people that explain the discount was just a gimmick to get them in the door, the fine print is a lot more money.  This young man made a huge difference.  He did not try to sell me more.  That was a first. He did an awesome, clean, professional installation.  He even checked many recent appliance and water heater installs, because I made a comment about concern whether jobs were done right.  I didn't ask, he just did it when I was outside.  I always contain my dogs, because of past rude technicians.  And I know I need to keep them back as the tech needs to do his job and doesn't need dogs in his way. But I've never had one person that I've paid to do a job in my house act so kind to my pets.  I really enjoy when technicians, plumbers, electricians, floor/carpet installers, etc. act human.    My new frost free spout works perfect.  I was super impressed with this company and Dave.  Love knowing I have a plumbing company! I've already referred him to 3 other homeowners.
