The professionalism extended to their administrative staff as well. What was most impressive is they honored their quote despite missing one aspect of the scope of work. I even offered to entertain an adjustment in price but Henry (the owner) would not hear of it. Finally, understand I was a contractor for a significant part of my career. They performed and provided the type of quality of their work I would have expected from my own employees. They are first class and I offer my unqualified endorsement."

"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! "As a DYI, I am reluctant to hire contractors however the scope of my home project was well beyond a one man show. I found Saunders Construction on the internet as I pursued seeking bids for the work I needed. George was the ONLY contractor who provided me with a detailed estimate for all aspects of the job. He is very personable and from day one, wanted to ensure the products we chose were the best for the money and not overpriced. He emphasized from the beginning that his #1 concern is a happy customer and ensured that we were satisfied throughout the project. His workers, particularly Scott and Will, were terrific. They respected our home, were very detailed oriented and cleaned up every loose nail, cutting, dust, etc. at the end of each day's work. If I found something that needed correction, it was done immediately. Professionals all the way. I told them upon completion how lucky we felt to have their workmanship on our home. I would have them back in an instant for any future work. Trust me, you will not be disappointed using George Saunders and his team. The only issue we had was getting materials through Home Depot. I will just say we all learned a hard lesson ordering windows via HD. This resulted in a 3 week delay and Mr. Saunders did all he could to expedite the order. HD did not show much customer concern in how they handled our issues."

"Very happy we had Contek repair and remodel our living room. Started with a prompt visit by Corey and a detailed quote shortly after, and we then got on their schedule about 6 weeks later. Job consisted of removing and repairing a large area of the ceiling that was water damaged, removing a 9' picture window and also repairing water damage around that, refinishing that with two smaller double-hung windows, refinishing it all inside and outside, and lastly converting a standard small doored closet into an open mudroom closet. Dan managed the job and was nothing but a complete pleasure to work with. Shawn and crew did the vast majority of the work and were also a pleasure to work with. We did have a few finishing items we weren't initially satisfied with, but I'm only saying this because they made it very clear that they wanted us to be COMPLETELY satisfied, and to tell us of any concerns. Dan really went above and beyond here, and he and the crew addressed each of our concerns. It really was a pleasure having the Contek team work on our home, and now we have a living room we can't wait to show off."
