"Our experience with Steve and his wonderful crew, Austin, Cody, Stefan and Sergey was outstanding. Our furnace started acting up right before the cold hit in January. I spoke with Steve and he was out the next day. His communication was excellent. Steve spent considerable time scoping the project and came up with the perfect solution. "We just moved into our house and realized there was a heating oil leak in our basement at the shut-off valve.  We've never had heating oil before so I wasn't sure who to call, but the other people on the list I called could not get out for a day or so and I wasn't sure how dangerous it was, so I wanted someone to come take a look as soon as possible. Mr. Nash had good reviews and when I called they seemed to know exactly what I was talking about.  They were able to put us on the list of service stops that morning and the repairman called right before he arrived to let me know he was on his way.

He fixed the immediate problem by sealing up the old  faucet in the open position and made some recommendations on what we should do to get a working shut-off installed, as well as explained why this probably happened. And he put down some powder to absorb the oil on the basement floor.
