"Went well. The attic stairs we’re broken while removing / installing new furnaces. Dayco without any delay ordered new stairs to be installed. We had an issue with not using material to cover hardwood floors and did get some small scratches. We did review this complaint and they did offer to send a flooring co to repair"

He took my husband down with him to look over what was wrong with our AC unit. He explained everything that needed to be done and what the cost was. After we agreed to the repairs he took care of our problem in no time. We will use his service again if need be. I recommend him highly. He is friendly, efficient and professional. Corey B. performed the furnace tune-up and Jordan P. did an amazing job with updating to LED fixtures along with installation of a new ceiling fixture. "I want to give a review of the Exceptional service that I received today from Cool Air Mechanical service technician Enri Jasmin. If I could give higher than a 10 star I would. When Enri first arrived he assessed the unit to see where Freon was leaking from. He went into the attic & did a leak test, which wasn't finding where the leak was coming from. He made great efforts to locate the problem both inside & outside. I had 2 other technicans look into the problem prior & wasn't able to find the problem.
