"OUTSTANDING!! Jonathan showed on time, very polite and went right to work. Eventually his tools were not quite up to the job (the clog was deeper than his snake could reach) so he fixed the other problem (replaced the shutoff valve under a toilet) while waiting for word from the office. Eventually he came back the next day with a longer snake and cleared the drain! Charged me the quoted price, never tried to upsell or overcharge me even though it took much longer than they expected. Totally proffessional and absolutely committed to providing the service you want. I would absolutely hire these guys again!"

Rashad arrived and immediately diagnosed that the damper controlling the upstairs heating was stuck so when we raised the thermostat for our lower level, the heat was directed to upstairs. After his diagnosis, he was able to replace the damper and all was functioning properly. Rashad was a pleasure to work with. He provided advise about preparing my HVAC system for winter and summer and made no attempt to "upsell" non-related issues."

"While replacing the flooring upstairs I ran into an issue with the transition to the staircase. James was able to cut off the step overhang, cut and install the stair riser to fit along with trim. He then installed the stair transition along with a handful of hardwood boards to ensure it connected well to the rest of the flooring. James was quick to answer or respond throughout the scheduling process and arrived right on time for our appointment. He went about the job efficiently and finished in about 5 hours which included a trip to Home Depot to get some supplies that I did not have on hand. Overall I felt that James was very professional, showed a respect for his customer's time, and completed the job as quickly as possible while still doing a thorough job."
