Rashad arrived and immediately diagnosed that the damper controlling the upstairs heating was stuck so when we raised the thermostat for our lower level, the heat was directed to upstairs. After his diagnosis, he was able to replace the damper and all was functioning properly. Rashad was a pleasure to work with.
