"I've only had water come in at this location so I was pleased that they didn't try to sell me on doing the entire basement. They were able to do the entire job in 1 day.  No heavy rains since it was installed so I can't say for sure that the drain, sump and pipes are working. <br /> Only negatives that I have are that they didn't sweep or mop the floor when they were done.  They sealed off the rest of the basement so that it was free of dust, but the floor was very dirty.  Also, the installers smelled so strongly of smoke that they left that smell in the house. <br />"

"Our home was built in 2014, and within 3 years, the stone-clad chimney was pulling away from the main wall of the house. The concrete slab under the chimney chase was too small to support the weight of the chimney. The thought of removing the stone, rebuilding the chimney chase and repouring the slab foundation was a bit overwhelming. We did some research on helical piers, and thankfully came across Total Foundation Solutions. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy to communicate with. "We were referred to Aqua-Dry by our daughter and while the work was going on a neighbor stopped and said he used Aqua-Dry to waterproof his basement and was pleased. Mr Jaskula gave us a detailed description of what would be done, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. Beau's crew did the work. They were puncual, curtious, and professional. They did everything they could to minimize the dust and they went out of their way to make sure they didn't damage anything (the basement was partially finished with furniture and carpeting in part of it. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. Everything was done exactly as we were told. Mr. Jaskula told us we would notice a significant decrease in the amount of dampness in the basement and we do.
