They had to come back recently to repair where the line connected to the house and were still polite, friendly and considerate and eventually fixed the leak @ no charge, but it took over a week and they could have done a much better job communicating. To them, Iâ m sure, it was a very minor problem, but I was very concerned that it might be a slab leak until they finally dug it out to find out for sure."
