"They did a great job installing my new water heater. During the quotation they were very nice and helpful with suggestions and things to look out for. Then, they picked it up from Home Depot, completed the install, cleaned up, and even looked at another issue I had during the same visit. They were very nice throughout. Highly recommend."

"I had a 14 year old water in my attic and after the pilot lite went out for the second time, i decided to get a new heater. I called 1800 plumber at 3 pm and Chad arrived at 5. He went into the attic and re lit the pilot so i would have hot water. Anyway i bought a new heater, which was installed the next morning. Everything was perfect and i highly recommend 1-800-plumber and especially Chad"

"I believe Abacus is on the upper end of the price range overall. They do good work, but you will pay for their warranty and reputation. The water heater we purchased from Abacus was significantly overpriced, compared to the same water heater online. But when you need a water heater, you need a water heater."
