Prompt & efficient, made good recommendations, and set me up with a reasonably-priced annual cleaning & maintenance plan for both the furnace and the central air unit. "My central air unit was blowing hot air. It would not go below 81 degrees. Thank goodness for Travis and McKayla. The showed up promptly for an emergency appointment. They were curious and knowledgeable. They explained to me all the steps towards getting my central air unit working again. Within a couple of hours they replaced the part needed and the a/c was back !!!!! Thanks guys you are awesome."

"Horizon repair man was quick, friendly, and explained the process to me. He was able to resolve my plumbing problem. However, the charge was more than the HomeAdvisor rate suggestion. Even after they dropped the service fee the cost was more than the rate posted on Home Advisor."

"On the price, I don't, but it was also reasonable. They had also installed a water heater like a year before, reasonable. For sure they're a good service provider, any issues I have with the HVAC or my water system, I'll go to them. They clean up behind themselves; I don't have to do much."
