"Emergency AC repair service was provided very quickly on a sweltering summer day. Gen3 tech Justin identified and clearly explained the problem and then did the repair, restoring cool air to my overheated home. Excellent experience! Based on this, I called Gen3 for my fall furnace check-up. Travis did a thorough inspection, identified potential future problems and provided a clear explanation of the furnace's current status. Another excellent experience. Also must commend the Gen3 front office staff who always answer the phone, keep you updated and are a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company."

"On the price, I don't, but it was also reasonable. They had also installed a water heater like a year before, reasonable. For sure they're a good service provider, any issues I have with the HVAC or my water system, I'll go to them. They clean up behind themselves; I don't have to do much."

"They were really good. They trustworthy, dependable provides excellent service, punctual, on time and considerate. I recommend them highly. Their prices were fair and they were quick."

"Excellent Service Excellent Customer Service Excellent Staff Recommend getting Service Contract!"

"Dan and his Dylan were phenomenal. I contacted Dan a few weeks ago when I noticed the blower fan on one outdoor AC unit was not working. Dan was booked out for a few weeks for regular maintenance service calls (and now I can I understand why he's in high demand). I did not need urgent service since the weather was fair and I had another AC unit to hold us over. Dan was able to special order a new motor ahead of our appointment and bring it with him. Besides being very friendly, and of course, punctual and professional, he was very easy to work with when discussing overall HVAC concerns in my home that we recently moved into. After repairing the fan motor for a great price, they also did an above-and-beyond cleaning+fixups on the indoor and outdoor units. Needless to say, I'm VERY happy with their service and will have them back in the fall for winter readiness and potentially to rework some ducts (my idea, not his)....and I hope for many years to come! Thanks guys!"

"AAC Heating and Cooling Services (Adam) arrived on time and looked at our system, and right away discovered it only needed a new motor that was under $200.00. He took care of the problem and saved the day! I recommend AAC Heating and Cooling Services as one of the best companies around. Honest and reliable. THEY ARE GREAT!!!! The Lacey's"

"They were great! Very informative about what to look for with the furnace, how to maintain it, and how to troubleshoot problems. Didn't give me the hard sell about additional services, which I appreciated. Will definitely utilize them for routine maintenance and other issues moving forward. Highly recommend them for anyone!"

"They came highly recommended to us from Mark at Ace Appliance repairs. I placed a call to set up a date for them to come out. They called me back right away and scheduled me asap. Confirmed the night before via call, voicemail and text message. Arrived earlier than expected and started the job right away. They showed and explained to me what was wrong from beginning to end of job. They even took the time to explain to me what to notice next time if i'm having the same issue. The repairs were extremely affordable. Great service, quick, professional, and respectful workers. I will be calling them for any future needs / repairs and would recommend to others. I love supporting a good, reliable, family owned local business."

"Great! Called in the early afternoon and they were actually able to come before the end of the day. Very friendly and helpful. It’s a condo so you figure it would be an easy fix, but I guess the pipe was really backed up. The guys stayed until the job was done, didn’t try to hassle me or anything. If I have a similar issue or need other duct work done I would not hesitate to call them again. Great customer service. Highly recommended!!"
