"Terry excelled at the three things we look for when selecting a contractor to repair or replace items in our home: service, price and timeliness. We had an outside faucet freeze on us during winter causing flooding in our basement bedroom this Spring. We called Terry based upon his ratings. He showed up within the hour and quickly diagnosed the issue, informed us of the process and gave us a very fair quote. He was able to locate the split pipe and replace the faucet assembly in about an hour.
