"Great experience! We had a bad backup late last year from our sewer and it was recommended we have it looked at in the spring. Jimmy the owner came out personally and snaked the line and identified two places with issues. Within a couple days they had dug up our sewer line and fixed the problem - getting the grading the way it needed to be - and apparently should have been built originally and the builder neglected to perform the job up to code! They are also set to replace our HVAC soon as it needed to be moved in part of the excavation process and our old one was ready to be replaced anyway. Highly recommend!"

"Tom Sipes, the owner, came out to quote the job and came again at installation to make sure that all the correct items were at the site. The two installers were very experienced. It took 8 hours to do the job. They did a perfect installation, cleaned up after themselves, and showed us how to program the thermostat. The heat pump works differently from a regular furnace and air conditioner. It is worth it to do an Internet search to understand what you are getting before making the commitment. We have had the system for a few months. It works fine and provides a more constant temperature."
