"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

Somehow, Carpet Police got usurped by another company called Arizona Island. Arizona Island did a terrible job and I called Carpet Police, again, to please come and repair the bad carpet cleaning that was done. "The job was done, but the whole experience was negative. Starting with small mistakes made every step of the process, finishing with company bad attitude. Customer satisfaction is not on their agenda. Small mistakes started with their truck arriving at the neighbor's house, inaccurate scheduling, drilling a hole for electric cord in the wrong spot, leaving crawl space wide open, installing the wrong size pipe for the new stove. I had to hire a handyman who finally found the right segment of pipe to replace what they put out into my kitchen. The worst part for me was the manager's attitude at the end. They are too busy to care for their workers better training or customer satisfaction."

Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
