They were respectful of both our property and that of our neighbors and finished each day leaving the work area meticulously clean and tidy. Jacob was sure there was water readily available and Crane employees delivered lunch to the crew several times. Jacob told me, “a good crew is hard to find, we want to take care of them.” That’s who I want to work with when making choices to improve my home – a company that takes care of each other. We worked together to ensure that the design was aesthetically pleasing and functional. Rene is easy to discuss issues with and is very accommodating with changes. Price negotiators were non threatening for both parties. All in all, working with Rene produced a beautiful powder room and guest room.
