He was extremely helpful in explaining the process in layman's terms so I understood fully what had occurred & how he was fixing it. The total cost was $119 which included the call out charge, labor and replacement part which I think is wonderful value. I cannot recommend this company any more highly, they are top notch."

That is why I keep using them. They were responsive. They did not try to sell me something that I did not need. This was the perfect unit for the rental property. He assessed our situation and recommended a creative solution to our problem. The upstairs work posed unexpected challenges, but his crew was committed to getting it done and getting it done right. He brought in a contractor and an electrician (both named Clarence) and a installation crew (both named Juan) that were all delightful and obviously skilled. Everyone bent over backwards to make accommodations to our schedules, at their own expense. They were regularly on the phone to each other coordinating the work - a real team. For the first week after the installation we wandered around the house marveling at the even temperature and the quiet operation of the equipment. The experience was entirely positive.
