"Kevin and Mike arrived right on time. It was obvious that Kevin was new to the company as Mike was giving him a lot of direction. I am okay with that, everyone has to learn. Both were very professional. While there, Mike also looked at an issue I had with a dripping shower faucet. My wife did not want to cut open the sheetrock in her closet so Mike suggested that we replace the tub with a new fiberglass shower that way they could replace the valve in the wall and replace the valve in the wall and also add a new faucet. He completely replaced out inner pipe stem and faucet system in bathroom shower, including cutting through sheet rock etc. The existing system was damaged and not repairable. The work was very clean. Joe specifically replaced hot and cold spigots in the basement connected to washing machine, work being also very competent and clean. Both men provided explanations and guidance that was greatly appreciated. Joe replaced hoses to washing machine and cleaned all water ports giving advise about maintenance. I would recommend this company. Pricing was fair for the time expended. I provided the hardware set and pipe stem for the bathroom."

We called Pacific Stone & Tile and they said that they would come and replace the tiles that needed to be replaced. We could not match either shade of tile and had to buy two more boxes with a different shade number. Twice an appointment was made and canceled. The third one, 9-26-16, was kept and they redid the whole floor with the new tile. Before they started, all of the tiles were laid out on the garage floor to check for any variations. We had to buy the material to install the tiles, but they did not charge for any additional labor. The floor was checked before they left and everything looks fine. Tomorrow I will wash down the tiles to remove any haze and we can start thinking about getting everything back together again."
