"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"I can't recommend Brian and his company highly enough. He called me the same day I contacted him, came out as quickly as his schedule would allow, and the service was done in a very safe, professional, and efficient manner by him at a very reasonable cost. He has a truly pleasant demeanor, was courteous and kind during the whole process no matter the circumstances, and went out of his way to return to the house and help me with a stuck garage door. He even maintained his courteousness after I mistakenly locked him out of the basement. I would definitely hire him again for any of my appliance repairs or new appliance installations."

"Highly recommended. Mir is very dependable and his knowledge and experience fixed our appliance issues. Will use again when needed."

"Our fridge decided to stop freezing and cooling things on a Friday night. I called Joe on Saturday morning and he came out that afternoon and repaired it. The same day service saved the contents of our fridge. Not only did he replace the broken part but also thoroughly cleaned out all the machinery inside the fridge and the entire area around it in the kitchen. It was an old fridge but well liked and I'm glad we called Joe and repaired it for a very reasonable price instead of getting a new one. I will definitely call him if any other appliance starts acting up."

"Everything Joe does is excellent. The work is always done well and completed on time and the bid is always the lowest. Very hard-working gentleman. I recommend him for any of your home projects or difficult jobs - or even the small jobs too. Plus, Mr. Downey is a professional - he is courteous and conscientious and trustworthy - which is a MAJOR factor in property management. Guy is worth is weight in gold."

"My ice maker was not working and I called R.N.C. Appliance after reading such great reviews about them online. Bobby came out that same afternoon and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had to order a part and before leaving, told me the total cost and when the part would be in. As promised, the part came in two days later and Bobby came right out and replaced it. He is neat, polite and professional and I will be using him for all my appliance repairs and any new installations in the future. Couldn't have asked for better service - thank you!"

"They did not call me back in time to be considered to do the work. It was a weekend and I did not hear back from them. Appliance Work of Boston did respond right away by phone. Although he could not come until Monday he did return my call right away."

"Ernie is a professional plumber who knows his stuff . Very friendly and installed a new gas wall oven with no difficulty. I recommend him and would use him again for future projects."

"Appliance Repair Genie contacted me promptly to set up an appointment. Al arrived early. He immediately knew what was wrong with my dryer by my description and the sound it was making. The parts were ordered. Once the parts arrived Al returned as promised and fixed my dryer. Al was so kind, respectful, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I will certainly call Appliance Repair Genie again."
