"We were in a rush situation to get our dryer repaired. Mark fit us in for the very next day after speaking to him. He arrived within the agreed time window. Our experience is that doesn't happen all of the time with many service providers or contractors. Not only did he make the repair quickly and efficiently, he took the time to check over the rest of the dryer and also checked all of the exhaust hose to make sure that it was clean. That all adds up to a true professional."
