He tried to repair my clothes dryer but the cost of the repair would have been so expensive that it wasn't worth repairing (the dryer was old and had been bought used several years ago). Mark offered me a dryer at a very reasonable cost and returned the next day to install it. As part of the installation, and for the cost he quoted, he also replaced our old vent with a fireproof one (our old one was plastic), hooked up the dryer, made sure it worked, gave me a warranty, and took away the old dryer.
