Get matched with top interior trim and decorative moldings repairers in Andrews-afb, MD

"His team did a great job painting the interior of my single house. They showed up on time and were very professional and good at what they do. They completed the job in 2 days (walls, doors, trims, they also install cram molding chair molding wainscotting trim). Highly recommend!"

"The drywall was competed wonderfully. Our tech was on time. The trim that he replaced it with doesn't match up properly we may have to redo it."

"Mr Delgado has a natural instinct for restoring furniture to its optimal appearance. He is an artist. He repaired a pair of huanghwali northern hat chairs for me, and then I sent them to auction and they made $25k. He has restored a series of other pieces of furniture for me, and I don't believe it would have been possible to do better. He restored a Renaissance revival server for me, and I gave him its mate in gratitude. He picks up and delivers, all with an old-world charm that you no longer find in his business."

"Very well. Michael Jackson came out the day that I called him. He was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He would hire him again in a New York minute."

"I was very pleased with the performance of Renaissance Restoration and Renovations.  I had several firms out to do quotes for the job.  Mr. Lopez (the owner) came out to do the review.  He took his time, pointed out what might be problems (I have a very old house) and discussed what he would do.  His quote was not the lowest (nor the highest) but his was the most straightforward quote and his firm  seemed the most reliable.  The job went perfectly, the result is more than satisfactory."

"Once again, AMS Home Remodeling, Frank, was able to clean up my mess.  After ordering a closet organizer unit online. I made the mistake of hiring another company to install the units - 3 total (2 reach in and 1 master).  This original company did not know what they were doing and caused me nothing but more problems (i.e. holes in walls, damaged pieces from closet unit that needed to be replaced, etc).  Frank was able to make time in his all ready busy schedule to come out to take a look at the mess.  He was able to get me into the schedule and complete the install and all repairs from previous contractors by the end of the week.  Frank and his crew (Bruno plus 1) did more than an outstanding job.  Final product is amazing.  I have used AMS Home Remodeling for a complete makeover in my home and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for an honest dependable contractor.  I absolutely LOVE these guys.
Frank - thank you!!!!

"Mr McGavin installed my new gutters, I am very pleased with the work. He is prompt , thorough and courteous."

"I am a senior with a background in construction.  After reviewing many contractors and speaking with some of them, I immediately knew I hit the jackpot when I spoke to Danny.

1.  He knew exactly what I needed and wanted done when I first spoke to him.  This entailed the replacement, repair, and installation of the items listed above with attention to quality in materials, prevention of future problems, a fair price, and a commitment to starting and showing up once the job was initiated.  Danny exceeded every expectation in these regards!
2.  I silently knew in advance manufacturers, quality and cost of exterior doors (including the french door), storm doors, door locks and deadbolts, leak-proof door sills for 6 inch exterior walls and a leak-proof barrier on the bottom of the door frames.  Without knowing of my preferences, Danny suggested the identical manufacturers and materials I had in mind.  At this juncture, we met and I hired Danny to perform the work.
3.  I am beyond pleased with the outcome of Danny's effort on this project.  As an example of his integrity, he asked me to trust him in the design and installation of an exterior octagonal window in a bathroom.  My wife and I were literally blown away with a handcrafted symmetrical waterproof tunnel and inside wall frame he created - more akin to an artistic piece than a window.
4. Inside work was always minimally invasive using tarps and soft shoes rather than work boots.  Outside and inside cleanup at the end of each work day was respectfully performed leaving no mess.
I would recommend Danny to anyone requiring any kind of interior or exterior installation, modification, or repair as I have seen firsthand examples of his experience, skills, and personal and business ethics.  In fact, Danny is presently working on costs to replace our roof."

"Total renovation of a half bath to a full bathroom"

"KBR did a fine job in doing a total renovation of my main bathroom. Since my house was built in 1952, the bathroom was not large in size but was in need of a full renovation. Sim was very helpful in guiding me through the selection of materials for the walls, floor, vanity top and other fixtures. The work was done on time and in a professional manner. The technicians were very good about cleaning up after each day's work. I was very pleased with the finished job."
