I was very pleased from start to finish at its different stages: clarified probable problem; inquiry about vaccination status; alert to me that the HVAC professional was on his way; greeting/introduction at the door; person was masked up & then put on booties over his shoes upon entering my residence; confirmed problem and solution; explained it to me in great detail (since I always have a LOT of questions); secured my additional fees (on-line w/receipt); ordered parts, which arrived QUICKLY; rescheduled a return-repair; fixed my water heater. ALA...I have hot water again. Easy-peezy. So grateful. In the end, we always pay for a trusted service provider. "Ray came out (showing up on time) the day after I called for an appointment. He quickly saw that the pump had cracked thanks to some debris in the tank. He had brought a replacement with him just in case and he was able to install it right away. He also set up the new pump in a way that it was elevated so it would be less likely to be impacted by debris in the future."

"I am so pleased with how this turned out. I had an estimate months before and it took a little while for the job to get rolling due to coordination issues with other subcontractors. I live in a co-op building in DC with lots of rules about redoing a bathroom, so I decided to use Miracle Method to refinish the walls and floor tile which would have cost several thousands more to remove. The technician was friendly and prompt, The only hiccup during work was that we had parking issues due to the city deciding to block off two streets around my building with zero notice. But we were able to get those resolved. The timeline changed a little bit prior to the job, and we had made hotel reservations (its our only bathroom and we would have no toilet), so communication could have been better on that front as we had to change our plans on short notice. But they were very easy to work with. The results were stunning-- my bathroom looks brand new. I am going to be hiring them again for the tile in my kitchen. I have also recommended them to several co workers who are doing remodels.

"As my husband and I were spring cleaning and bringing things into the attic when we noticed the installation had falling on nearly half of our roof and was wet to the touch. My husband did the initial inspection and noticed that mold, mildew and a huge leak had take over the wood and was exposed to the outside of the house.

I highly recommend them & we will continue to use their services. My husband pays the bills so I'm not sure about the fees but they know what they're doing, professional, friendly & honest."
