Repair required careful digging between the curb and sidewalk to repair the collapse with PVC and ferncos. Their work with the digging machine was like a surgeon with a knife - not one chip out of the sidewalk, curb or driveway! They arrived on time, completed the work as outlined, obtaining all permits from the city. This team was professional, friendly, courteous, and the price quoted is what I paid even though they had to dig 5 extra feet - now that's going above and beyond! "This company was referred to me by the plumbing company I usually use. I live in a wooded subdivision and my house is surrounded by trees. I have a problem with tree roots clogging the sewer line. The service person(Chris) arrived within the time frame that was given to me. He checked the sewer line and based on the fact that I had a backup of the sewer, he snaked it out. He laid down tarp which was good because that part of my basement is carpeted. He was very courteous and professional and also gave me information on additional services I could use to work with the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance with sewer line issues.
