"Options explored in detail & selection of unit was made by me. The proposal was sent out after an onsite inspection. Vendor identified that additional ductwork was not needed which another bidder was anxious to replace at a much higher cost. Terms and conditions were agreed upon in writing. Installation was performed the following week and an onsite inspection was made by a reliable source, since I could not do so myself from my home in Illinois. The service met and exceeded my expectations."

"Excellent! I had a different service come in that I had contacted through Home Depot to check our sysem. They told me that the unit needed replaced and were trying to sell me a new unit... Ken checked our unit and it was just fine, replaced a small part and we are up and running, nothing else needed! and very thankful for his expert assistance."

"We had Fontana Bros. replace our complete HVAC system. They were professional, reliable and easy to work with. They coordinated flawlessly with our condominium association. Our HOA required that a crane be used to place the compressor unit on the rooftop and Fontana Bros. handled all the details skillfully. The technicians were extremely polite, professional, competent and knowledgeable. We are very happy with their services and recommend them without reservation."

"First class service. They were great all services were done professionally and in a timely manner."

"Great service. Arrived on time."

"Excellent service - extremely knowledgeable - quick response time (and this was the first time I ever used them) - more-than-fair price - A+ for customer service, from the moment I placed the call - they surely knock the socks off any possible competitor!! Can you tell I am thrilled with their service and now a customer for life? Larry is the owner, and he is the A/C pro you'll get to do all the work. I was without A/C since yesterday, and called my usual company in Bradenton... the same company that sold me the unit 2 years ago and has been servicing it since - but NO longer, now that I know of Trost Heating and Cooling. Get this - I hadn't heard back from my company about a service time for over 3 hours, so I called Trost. Larry immediately pinpointed and fixed the recurring problem I had been having with my unit - and did so even before the other company finally got back to me. It turned out to be the drain line hadn't been pitched properly when installed. Also, Larry told me I've been using the wrong size filter, and installed a correct one for me. Again, that dang company that installed the unit (LP??) never once told me it took an irregular size, and their techs were out here several times putting in the filters I provided. They sure lost me as a customer...and you better believe I will spread the word about how good Larry Trost is. Bottom line: great company - unbeatable customer service - excellent price - prompt and reliable - customer for life!!! Plus, when you use them, they won't try to upswell you like so many others do. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I have been going to them for 25 years, and they have been excellent with their service."

"I purchased a new A/C unit. All went well with the sales and installation. After repeated return visits because the house was not getting cool we came to realize the new system was not compatible with the old duct work. An unexpected and expensive surprise. I felt as though that should have been identified earlier. The management did work hard to solve the problem. I did get additional quotes for the duct work just to be sure I wasn’t being taken advantage of. I must say that after having the duct work replaced the house temperature in every room if perfect! I am happy with the service I received and would call them again."

"Overall it went very well. The car was left smelling very strongly of cleaner (reminded me of a grandmother - not the best smell) and surfaces were slippery for some time. The inside of the back window was not cleaned, and still had dog nose prints all over. The interior was well cleaned, and the spots not fully cleaned done were explained to my satisfaction. I wish that the back window had been done and that a better smell remained, rather than a musty chemical smell. Also, a less slippery substance used on the surfaces would have been preferable, or at least a wipe down to reduce slippery/wet surfaces. Brian worked **** ** a VERY hot day, and did not stop for the day until he had finished the services he aimed to provide. His work ethic was exceptional."
