"Well let me start by saying I called several water heater companies to inquire about an estimate for my hot water heater that was not getting real hot. He was the ONLY repair person to come out that gave me the feeling he was trying to fix my hot water heater and not trying to sale me a new hot water. "My Remedy Plumber arrived on time and didn’t really charge me for his service because he stated what he needed to do may not fix my problem because I needed a new faucet which he did not have. Water was running from both the tub’s faucet and the shower head. After pulling off the faucet and making a minor adjustment to a washer within the faucet the problem was "temporary" fixed, the washer was damaged. He stated that a new faucet was needed and that I could call back to have that installed. I thanked him, gave him a small thank you gift, and he was on his way. I was thankful that this plumber had "integrity" and did not try to overcharge me for work that did not fix my problem. I would surly hire this company again!!"
