"We sequentially hired two different handyfolk to fix our leaking washing machine. The second person successfully diagnosed that it was not a problem with the washing machine, but a clogged drain line. We evaluated several plumbers via Angi.com. Based on reviews we went with Jay, the owner of Precise Plumbing. Boy were we satisfied. The drain line was tied into a primary drain line, which was OK by code, but miserable in practice, as there is no way to snake it. Jay was able to figure out an efficient and elegant solution based on his years of experience. We now have a barely visible trap in our garage wall. All this was diagnosed and completed the same day the second handyperson came out. My wife is overjoyed with the washing machine functioning after several weeks of more and more frequent floods. This quickly leads me to being overjoyed. One extremely nice thing is that Jay warrantys his work and that is pretty wonderful. Thanks Jay"

"I recently had the pleasure of hiring Eddie, an exceptional plumber to repair a leak on my water heater. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the outstanding service I received. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and professional. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time, exuding confidence and expertise. Their meticulous attention to detail was evident as they thoroughly assessed the situation and quickly identified the source of the leak. The plumber's skillful execution of the repair was truly commendable, as they worked diligently and efficiently to resolve the issue. Not only did they fix the leak, but they also took the time to explain the root cause of the problem and provided valuable advice to prevent any future mishaps."

"Jose, the service technician, was not only professional in getting the job done, he was also patient when explaining the drain problem to me and he was careful in replacing items that were taken out under the kitchen sink cabinets."

"Harry did a good, professional and prompt work to repair a main water line leak over the weekend"

"The plumbers, Byron and Jose, explained what they were doing and took less than 1/2 hour to clear two blocked drains. They charged the going rate, which I find high, but determined that it was less than others who use plumbers a lot would expect. I'm new to plumbing needs - a knowledgeable and personable crew. I particularly appreciate that two people came, one who is learning. I enjoyed the cooperation and the chat between them."
