"We sequentially hired two different handyfolk to fix our leaking washing machine. The second person successfully diagnosed that it was not a problem with the washing machine, but a clogged drain line. We evaluated several plumbers via Angi.com. Based on reviews we went with Jay, the owner of Precise Plumbing. Boy were we satisfied. The drain line was tied into a primary drain line, which was OK by code, but miserable in practice, as there is no way to snake it. Jay was able to figure out an efficient and elegant solution based on his years of experience. We now have a barely visible trap in our garage wall. All this was diagnosed and completed the same day the second handyperson came out. My wife is overjoyed with the washing machine functioning after several weeks of more and more frequent floods. This quickly leads me to being overjoyed. One extremely nice thing is that Jay warrantys his work and that is pretty wonderful. Thanks Jay"

"The plumber came almost at the end of the appointed time. When he arrived, he was fairly arrogant, and refused to negotiate despite coming from Angie's list. Lastly, he repaired the leaky line in about an hour, charging $530, and also did not provide the water plastic box for water line. We had to purchase one from another store. When I paid for the invoice, they didn't tell me that they are charging additional 3% with credit card. All in all, they did the work, but at a high price, and so so customer service."

Called Drain Raider and Adam came out attempted to open drain also. The cable was not able to open the line and Adam ran his camera in the line. Called Pipe System and Solutions and I bought the replacement and they were able to install. It was a bit tight underneath my sink and not a lot of room so it took a little bit of time. Nicely done and clean install. Unfortunately my garbage disposal died 2 weeks later and since they did an amazing job with my faucet I hired them to do my garbage disposal. It was quick and workmanship was great. Kids Bathroom: I didn’t realize I had a major leak on my shower head. The shower head was shooting water on my wall and basically ruined it. I bought the new shower head and they replaced it for me. They also redid the small sheet rock over the shower head. I definitely recommend. Very knowledgeable, cleans after themselves and reasonably priced."
