Rick also was able to identify the root cause of the water damage which we quickly corrected. Alex, who did the remediation did a great job and post remediation testing came back good. Another positive worth mentioning was this was not a big job (though it was a big deal to us) however All Dry gave us the same excellent customer service as you would expect a bigger client to receive. He left me with several fans placed for several days so that we might avoid mildew. He would call to see how we were doing and when he came to pick up the fans he tested our walls again to make sure they were completely dry. He also checked our shop neighbors and planted a fan or two in there area so that the water wouldn’t bleed through. It’s nice to work with fast honest businesses especially during an emergency."
