We designed this just for our house. They also did a very good job on the lean-to awning for my back patio. They said yes when all the other steel building companies said no. "I would like to give a shout out to Eric and I-construct for the new awning. They installed this for us in less than a day! He showed up for the initial inspection on time and gave me a quote on the spot. It only took a few weeks to get the material and was out in a few days at the time he said he would be on site to install. We were a little leary of what a "metal" roof would look like, but we could not warrant paying so much for a wood and shingle "shed" roof. We couldn't be happier with the appearance and workmanship. "After calling Darrick to request an emergency estimate for damage inflicted to our screen porch by another company, he was out looking at the issue the next day. In person, and by phone, he was pleasant, professional, and clearly an expert. I had 8 estimates to fix this particular problem. Not only was he the most impressive in person, his estimate was also the lowest.  I had one other estimate just a bit higher than his, and everyone else was $1000 - $2000 higher. He was also one of the few contractors to always follow-up quickly and without fail to inquiries. In the end, he wasn't able to do the work for us, because the company who damaged the porch insisted on bringing in a contractor associated with them to repair the damage, but given the choice we would've chosen Darrick and A + M construction. And we plan to call him first the next time we need a contractor.

Randy was to return to 1) replace a cast iron shower pan that cracked during installation 3) fix the buckled vinyl flooring his crew put in one bathroom and the pantry and 3) mount a chimney cap. Never did. But the worst is that Randy took a 200 year old slab of old-growth pine (approximately 30" wide by 42" long by 2.5" thick) salvaged from my great-great-grandparents' home and promise me a coffee table. TWO YEARS LATER I CAN'T EVEN GET THE SLAB BACK."
