"David Spence did it again!! We had 2 bathrooms that needed to be gutted and one a conversion from tub to shower only. Not only did David Spence come in at a fair price, everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. Tile for second bath was running behind so instead of having us wait for it to come in, he gave us a choice to go pick out tile from Floor and Decor, which we did and the bathroom looks beautiful. Great customer service! We love that Ched and Tristan took time to answer any concerns we had along the way and they kept us up to date on the daily work. I received 4 estimates to replace the cracked, pitted, sunken concrete floor in my 97-year-old detached garage. Warren Perkins was the only contractor who addressed protecting the building's foundation. Both Warren and his crew were very professional. They arrived on time, and everything went as scheduled. My garage was not a big job, only 400 square feet, yet Warren communicated throughout the process. There were no surprises. As I hoped, the floor sloped very slightly downward to the outside.
