"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Andy showed up as scheduled and assessed what needed to be done to lower the oven.  He and his partner removed the oven from the opening and did an initial modification to lower the oven.  Once all of the bracing was in place, they reinstalled the oven and we checked to see if that resolved the problem.  We determined that the oven was still too high, so they removed the oven again and further modified the cabinet by removing one drawer.  They modifed the bracing, reinstalled the oven, and we determined that this solved the problem.  That left us with a large opening above the oven which Andy determine could be filled by moving the drawer up into that opening.  Once the drawer was in place, Andy was able to determine what needed to be done to make a new drawer front that would cover the opening.  The drawer front he made perfectly matched the style of the existing drawer fronts as well as the stain color.  We are very happy with the work and could not believe how everything matched when the installation was complete.  We would highly recommend Andy for any cabinetry or carpentry projects.

"This is another great job by Short's Painting. I called in late December to see about getting a quote for painting two rooms. Mike came to the house the first week of January and took a look at the dining room and our Master Bathroom. The dining room was going to need wallpaper removed, so Mike offered to cap the labor for that part of the job at 6 hours (it took all of 5). He provided a quote when expected the next week. We then simply had to pick colors and schedule a day to paint. Mike was ready to schedule sooner than we expected. They did the wallpaper, ceilings and trim in mid January, and came back two weeks later to paint the walls. Mike was very understanding and patient with our delaying the job to get the color just right. The final product looks great, and I would definitely recommend you hire them!"

Matt the president of the company measured for the windows himself. He was so meticulous in measuring. When the windows were installed Kevin Cleary did the installing. He was not in a hurry and the windows fit perfect when he was finished. Interviewed several company's but was so glad I chose The Home Improvement Company."
