They were absolutely above and beyond anything I could have expected. The sales person that came out (Chris) was extremely knowledgeable and the prices were reasonable. The installs were done over 3 days and the workman (Ricky and Brian) were extremely professional. These were fairly complicated install jobs, but they accomplished them so smoothly and professionally, you would never know. The new ducting was immaculate, the pipes were run perfectly, they taped everything, provided a tutorial on the unit, and left it perfectly clean. I've had a lot of contractors over the years and I could not think of a better company to recommend. I almost never bother with reviews, but these guys definitely deserve it. A 5 star company."

Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.

We were not disappointed.  The provider showed up on time and installed the product as promised.  It was an Aprilaire humidifier, which is a good brand also.  He then showed me how everything worked, and said I can call him at any time in the future with questions.
