"I found East Coast Comfort for my son’s house when he had heater problems and they fixed his issue quickly and seemed very honest and knowledgeable so then I used them for my house for various smaller jobs and they were always impressive and responsive so when I went to replace my HVAC - I got a quote from them (Ed) which was very reasonable. Lisa remained communicative throughout the entire process. Tony and his team were true professionals. They arrived on time, explained the work to be performed as well as the steps they were taking along the way. They removed the old HVAC system and installed the new one being very careful throughout the entire process. The whole team was friendly and efficient. Ed is also great as he has been to my house for various problems over the years and always does an awesome job. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend East Coast Comfort for simple repairs or a full system installation or anything in between!"

"I've had my Mitsubishi mini split system for almost five years, I'd never had them serviced or cleaned, and to be honest, I don't clean the filters as often as I should, so I knew I needed some serious work. Travis gave me a fair estimate in June. He came back when I was ready in October and honored the estimate. He did a great job and he was respectful and professional. Just a nice guy. Gen3 is expensive, but they came in cheaper than the other company I got an estimate from, and the scope of work that Travis outlined seemed fairer than the other company's. I trust them. He was able to pinpoint the issues I was having obtaining heat and, in the process, providing a more important service. This by detecting a significant potential health risk to the system when operating at capacity with elevated levels of carbon monoxide readings present in the combustion test and the necessity of having a chimney/fireplace sweep and cleaning conducted. The service call was money well spent. Would definitely use this company again for any additional issues"

"I have nothing but praises to sing for this company! Our heat stopped working on us last week right before the temp was expected to drop significantly. I checked Angie's List, found Air Temp Solutions, submitted my issue and within minutes I received a phone call to set my appointment. They sent over Rob Teixeira who was EXCELLENT!!!! He immediately detected the issue which was the flame sensor, fixed it and viola...we had heat again in no time! We are planning on doing further work with this company as we need to have an additional return grille installed. If you need fast and reliable heating or AC this company (and Rob) is who you should go with...you will not be disappointed!!!"

"Hello, Our air conditioner was leaking R22 gas and we decide to fill it one last time this season and that was a mistake. After paying PSE&G $500 to fill it, all the gas leaked out in a month. This is when my wife and I decide to get a new system. We looked at York, Carrier and Lennox. We decide on Carrier because of the quality and our last system lasted 22 years. They also have 25 year warranties on different parts. My wife and I went on Angi's and got quotes from 12 different companies. They ranged from 9K to 17K dollars to have our furnace and air conditioner replaced. The quote we received from AAC Heating and Cooling Services was in the mid 10K range and then we added an electric air cleaner to the system which put us in the low 11k range. We went with AAC Heating and Cooling Services because of their warranty and the fact that Adem was not a high pressure sales man. He told you what he was going to give you and let you make the decision. We had several companies that wanted you to sign that night and I not a person for high pressure sales tactics. AAC Heating and Cooling Services also warranty their labor for 5 years and only 2 other companies were better. Those companies gave us 10 year labor warranties but they were in the 14K to 17K range. You also had to purchase a yearly plan which would of added an additional $240 to $265 to the yearly bill. This was out of our budget. Adem also gave us a date and time the job would be done. Other companies weren't sure if they could get the parts in 2 to 3 weeks and couldn't give us a start date. When Adem and Chris came to do the work they were very polite and professional. They Laid out cloths not to damage the hardwood floors, rugs and bedroom furniture since my furnace was in the attic. When the air conditioner was installed they laid out a base of stone before adding the 3 inch pad down. Then put the air conditioner on that nice flat solid surface so it would never sink into the ground over time. Very professional and well done. The entire time I felt like I could talk to Adem and Chris, ask questions and get truthful answers. Also, the way wires were tied and the pipes were placed was very clean and professional. Nothing sticking out that you can trip on or bump into. It's been 2 weeks now since we had the new furnace and air conditioner installed and we couldn't be any happier."

He took time to describe the troubleshooting and repair, explaining in layman terms so I could understand the what and whys of what needed repaired. He also makes a point of keeping the most common parts on hand, like the thermal coupler. He thoroughly inspected the unit and surroundings and stayed to ensure the unit was working to expectation. Andrew also gave quotes, with descriptions, and took the time to show me the reasoning for the preventative maintenance that he was advising, informative but not pushy or overbearing, and as a woman, who has been taken advantage of by other service providers, it was refreshing to find honesty, respect and the willingness for explanation.
