"Alfons was very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and also just really a nice person. I had two water heaters installed today and he was right on time, the price was fair - the water is not hot yet but I am sure he will be back if there is a problem. (I was just anxious to get my review in case I forgot to do so later.) The heaters have a 10 year warranty so I appreciated his manufacturer of choice, AO Smith, and that he gave me the tags so I have the proof of the warranty. I will definitely call him again with any plumbing needs."

"My Tank-less water heater stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year. And I have had trouble in the past finding professionals to service my Tank-less water heater. These guys were quick to find the problem and fix the issue. I called at 6 PM after getting home from work because that is when I felt that the heat wasn't on and they arrived that night just an hour or two later. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about my system. I plan on using this company in the future."
