"<strong>GREAT!!!  Chris Brown is the owner of CBP of Arizona, and clearly a man of great integrity!</strong> <br /> His very competent crew prepped and painted our back patio February 2011 using an appropriate product.  It looked great for about seven-eight months.  But over time, wherever the floor was exposed to the sun and was not covered by a rug, the color changed from the sandy brown color that we chose, to a green (and not a good green either) color.  It did not hold up to the western sun exposure that pounded our back patio everyday. <br /> Long story short, I called Chris this past April to ask him about it.  When he saw what had happened, he immediately contacted the manufacturer representative that he worked with regularly and explained how the product failed where exposed to direct sunlight. To both our disappointment, the representative of the paint company did not demonstrate the same level of integrity as Chris Brown. He did not back his product.  We were hoping he would suggest what might have gone wrong and perhaps offer us a new/better product---no such luck.  So Chris did some research and found a product from a different company that specifically stated that it will not fade in direct sunlight.   <br /> <strong><em>CBP completely re-prepped and re-painted the entire patio at their own expense.  It looks fantastic and because CBP stands behind their work, it cost us nothing!  You just don't find that kind of integrity in the world everyday anymore!!!<br /> Thank you CBP of Arizona.  You are head and shoulders above the rest!<br /> </em></strong> <br />"

"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"The Knowledgeable Handyman certainly lived up to his company name, as I found Wayne to be professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did a great job, even having to deal with a couple unexpected issues that cropped up due to a previous installation by someone else. He was patient, simply dealing with the unforeseen issues, and even made a trip to get extra parts to complete the installation. At no time did he indicate there would be extra charges, but did keep me informed of his progress - and his commitment to complete the job at his quoted rate. I'd certainly use him again, and in fact have already scheduled him for a return call for additional work around my home. All in all, a great find, my first time using Angie's List. <br />"

"We bought a new unit less than 2 years ago. We had some issues such as short cycling shortly after and Salty came to and fixed the problem. . Since July 4th this year the AC was running conitnuously all day with the thermostat set at 77. The temps in the house was betweem 78-81. The coils on the evap coil were cool except the upper half. We called Salty and he came July 7 and added refrigerant so there was a leak somewhere. Again, 2 days ago, the ac was not shutting down and doing the same thing. We called Salty again yesterday and he sent Steve who found the leak in the evap coil, He added more refrigerant and said they will replace it but it will take a while. I highly recommend Mechanical Brothers for taking care of the issues."

"Technician did the job very competently. I was with him as he examined the roof unit that was not cooling well, and he described each step of the checks he did. Found two electrical components that weren't working optimally, and found freon loss. Discussed options, and I decided to replace the Freon and hold off on component replacement."
