"These guys are amazing! It took me a long time to find someone willing to and capable of working on my unit. They came to troubleshoot it and were able to replace my controller board and heating element SAME DAY. This was more convenient for me than having him try to find a part that may no longer be in production or even under warranty. They also measured for a new cover and came back to install. I will continue to use these guys for all my hot tub needs! Thank you Alan and Kim!!!"

"We had a less than ideal work environment but the electrician took care of our concern in a minimum amount of time, and was courteous and professional in spite of a misunderstanding over the time we thought he would arrive."

"It went great. Joseph is a very nice man. He worked hard cleaning the spa and kept me informed as to how I might, in the future, possibly need a new pump as my system is pretty old. This is the second time he’s taken care of my spa and I would definitely call him again."

"We are very happy with the job Durawise did on our pool. They located the leak in the pool and answered all of our questions before repairing the damage. Our pool is full and looks great! If I ever have another leak they will be my first call."

"Our pool service is awesome. We went through about 3 other pool companies trying to get our leaks fixed, our filters cleaned and replaced, and our water levels clean and clear. Our pool service has been the only company able to keep our pool crystal clear so far. We have been using for awhile now and wouldn’t change to any other company! Great customer service, great timing, and great communication"

FAQs for hot tub or spa repair or service projects in Arlington, TX

If you’re not using the hot tub, you should keep the temperature around 100 degrees. If you lower it too much, or shut it off completely, you’ll waste much more energy—and time—to heat up all that water to your ideal temperature. In the summer, you may want to lower it a couple of degrees more to prevent overheating.

You should change hot tub water every three to four months to maintain optimal cleanliness and performance. More frequent changes may be necessary with heavy usage or if you notice water quality issues like cloudiness, unusual odors, or excessive foaming. When draining your hot tub, take the opportunity to clean all surfaces and components that are normally submerged to prevent biofilm accumulation and ensure proper operation.

The average lifespan of a hot tub can range from five to 20 years. If you have a lower-quality hot tub and neglect routine maintenance, the hot tub will be on the lower end of that range. However, if you invest in a higher-quality material, perform maintenance, and take care of hot tub repairs quickly, you can enjoy your hot tub for closer to 20 years.
