"Despite his busy schedule Thomas made time to meet me and diagnose the condition of my pool. I recently purchased the home and although I have had experience with a pool in the past, it has been many years and I was not sure how this system operated. Thomas spent 90 minutes going over my system with me. He pointed out things that needed to be done and several things that were optional or could wait. There was no pressure to buy his service, he seemed genuinely surprised that I wanted to sign up immediately. He and one of his guys, Larry, have been over several times for initial cleaning and servicing. They do good work and communicate thoroughly.
