"Quickly diagnosed the central air conditioning system, and gave an estimate on the cost of recharging the refrigerant in the compressor. The system is a 14 year old Carrier unit. Albert also included some sealant that may plug up the slow leak of refrigerant that occurs every 2 years or so. Albert also, showed me how to adjust the damper to control the flow of air to the second and third floors of the house. The other company that arrived wanted to charge me $5,000 to repair the system or close to $7,000 to replace the AC system with new. I intend to call upon Magna Tech Temp Air, Inc when I'm ready to purchase a new HVAC system. Thanks again for taking the time to listen to my concerns. Well done!!!"

"They delivered what they promised! Mark Walker, sale manager for The Home Depot and McCrea, worked very hard to get our 2 new Carrier units, even though equipment in short supply. The McCrea installation team got our new units up and running beautifully. We are grateful to the dedication, and hard working of every body involved to get the job done right."

"Although they provide a time frame for service, frequently they are late or have to re-schedule. When ARS installed my furnace, they provided a humidifier as well. However, the humidifier is not included in the maintenance contract, and any work or filter change on the humidifier is extra. The cost is almost as much as the maintenance contract. They used to answer the phone asking how they could provide exceptional service. No longer do they ask that. Makes sense, because they do not provide exceptional service. Also, the technician seems to want to convince you to buy additional equipment, which may or may not be needed."

"As always the service is top notch and I never feel like they are trying to sell unnecessary services or products"

"Terrone responded immediately to our request for service on Saturday. He came to service our air-conditioner which was working minimally. He did fix it and it gave us relief from the heat. However, we knew that our heat pump/air conditioner was in need of replacement. Terrone talked to us about options, gave us some time to do research on the best choice for our home and came back to do the installation. His pricing was reasonable. He and Caleb worked to removed the old system, install the new system, install our new Smart Thermostat ( I-Comfort) and come back to check on the system and us that everything was working correctly. What makes our experience with Mr. Terrone Street so satisfying, both from a professional standpoint of excellent service but also and equally important from a personal standpoint, is that Mr. Street is is a man of integrity, character and dedication. He is honest and attentive, working always to do his very best for his customer as he would want for himself or his family member. He will do his best for you too, with commitment, capability, positivity and honesty."

"Very well. Technician, John, was patient and thorough as he cleaned and took readings of the systems. He took the time to walk me through the maintenance and care that I need to take care of the Heating and water heater systems of my newly acquired condo in Fairfax County Virginia."

"Very fast service. Estimate for a new AC/Heater one day, work complete the next."

"Sam was great! Very knowledgeable and explain everything thoroughly! There were no hidden agendas or beating around the bush. Sam identified the problem quickly and talked through the repair to better aid in understanding the problem. As a first time home owner I highly recommend I-HVAC Solutions, LLC and will be using them again!"

"

we had a leak problem and the tech came and looked over our equipment, fixed the problem and left. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.

We are very happy.
