"I would recommend Michigan Fire Restoration to everyone!!!! A tree fell and struck our deck and house. The insurance adjuster came out and wanted to cut us a check for $1600. This was a joke. So, I decided to hire a Builder to represent us and deal with the insurance company. When I met Mike Griffin, I knew he was the right man for the job. He radiated with knowledge and expertise. When all was said and done, Mike got us over $32,000. This was over $30,000 more than the insurance adjuster's original estimate!!!! He made the necessary repairs in a timely manner and we also got a brand new beautiful deck!!! We couldn't be any happier!!!"

"Advance Restoration was fantastic and did more than just mold remediation. My kitchen and basement flooded. They did all the immediate response, arriving at my house less than 90 minutes after I called. They tore down and removed everything that was damaged, recording what was destroyed for insurance purposes. They did the demo work for my kitchen remodel. And, they did the mold testing and remediation in my basement. Throughout, they were communicative and professional and friendly. They helped me negotiate with my insurance company and this help led to a much higher reimbursement from my insurance than I would have ever gotten myself. I was so pleased and recommend them 100%!"

"We had mold issues at two of our rental houses at the same time. One was small (bathroom ceiling) and one was a whole house and crawl space. I called multiple providers to come out and look at the projects and Ron and Dan from Complete Service Restoration were the ones that really took their time to understand the issues and come up with a plan. We started with the small project first and it was completed very quickly. For the whole house project CSR were the only provider who recommended a 3rd party air quality consultant to inspect the house and prepare a detailed remediation protocol. Ron, Dan and Anthony removed a lot of drywall.... sub floors.... insulation and cleaned the house from top to bottom using the correct tools and adhering to the strict remediation protocol. It was a lengthy process that took several months to complete including testing and clearance. They also encapsulated the crawl space and hepa vacuumed it. I have a lot of experience dealing with contractors and CSR really came through. Other companies send out a sales person but when Ron and Dan comes out you know that they are the ones who will do the work after you hire them. Their prices were fair and reasonable compared to their competitors. Cost of service was for both projects with 90% of it related to the entire house remediation (1800 sqf). Last but not least... they were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them for anything related to mold remediation and water/fire damage."

"John was prompt in reaching out after I post the request on Angie’s. He was able to get Sean out to help us the day after, which was much faster than I was anticipating. Sean arrived right on time in the morning and he did a great job in repairing the drywall. He was also very professional and courteous while doing the work. He also was able to find the right paint color to paint over the repair despite the fact that I pointed him to the wrong color shade. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the quality and speed of the work and I will contact All Aspect again should other drywall or painting issues appear."
